The unnumbered 4th vol. contains Walton's preface, essays, plans, maps, and the prolegomena (all of which were bound at the beginning of vol. 1 in the original edition [Wing B2797]), plus "Ad Biblia sacra polyglotta appendix," which has critical essays, appendices, variant readings, annotations, and indexes.
Each vol. has special t.p. Vol. 1 is undated; vol. 2 is dated 1655; vol. 3, 1656; vol. [4], 1657.
