First collected by William Lambard of Lincolnes Inne Gent. And now enlarged in the yeare 1604. With an addition of the effect of the statutes, made in the session of Parliament last holden, which are most necessarie for such officers to knovv, as touching their offices, and for the reliefe and ordering of the infected with the plague.
