Gathering A, B outer forme, and part of E inner forme are in two settings which occur in various combinations, sometimes mixed with STC 5032 (though the first readings below tend to appear in STC 5031). Title page (1) lacks the words "Published by authority", or (2) has "Published by authority" (copies with latter reading should be matched to STC 5032); A3r lines 1-2 have (1) "the #5FD\ ninth" or (2) "the se- #5FD\ uenth"; A3v line 7 has (1) "Bristowes" or (2) "Bristolls"; B2v has (1) "Equipage" or (2) "equipage"; E4r line 11 has (1) "hee had" or (2) "he had". Most of the other formes appear in two impositions.
