This state lacks the two-leaf dedication to the Company of Skinners. The preliminaries are in two settings: (1) Two leaves unsigned; title page has a square block of four type ornaments; line 4 of "To the reader" ends "book"; no contents leaves. (2) Four leaves signed *; title page has a rectangular block of eight type ornaments; line 4 of "To the reader" ends "booke"; contents leaves have chapter 16 with "direction is which".
