The first two parts were printed by W. Jones' secret press, the third possibly in Amsterdam by J. Hondius (STC).
"The second parte of the defence of the ministers reasons for refusal of subscription & conformitie to the book of common prayer" and "A dispute vpon the question of kneeling, in the acte of receiving the sacramentall bread and wine, proving it to be unlawfull" each have separate register, pagination, and title page dated 1608; the second part has an additional title page, "The second parte of the defense of the ministers reasons for refusal of subscription to the booke of common praier, and of conformity &c.".
