Copies differ; British Library copy 19.b.10 and Pepys Library copy omit table to Henry VIII and end with section [4], Harvard University Library ends with section [5], and British Library copy 505.f.5 continues with separate years 21-33 Henry VIII, STC nos. xxx --STC.
Title page calls for 21-33 Henry VIII, but British Library copy 505.f.5 is only known copy with them and appears made-up.
