Title page (1) lacks the words "Published by authority", or (2) has "Published by authority" (copies with former reading should be matched to STC 5031); A3r lines 1-2 have (1) "the #5FD\ ninth" or (2) "the se- #5FD\ uenth"; A3v line 7 has (1) "Bristowes" or (2) "Bristolls"; B2v has (1) "Equipage" or (2) "equipage"; E4r line 11 has (1) "hee had" or (2) "he had". Most of the other formes appear in two impositions.
