Reel 154 shows the remainder of this made-up copy, with verso of a leaf (signature unknown), a leaf signed B3 (altered in MS. to B2), a leaf signed B2 (altered in MS. to B3), and 2 unsigned leaves, the second having a colophon dated 1518 (part of STC 18875).
