Amandi in Pabula 1634") of the Benedictine Abbaye de Saint-Amand (Saint-Amand-les-Eaux, France); at foot of title leaf dated 16th-century inscription ("Frater balduinus Dionysius hunc a fratre Ludouico Beuieth[?] dono librum accepit Anno 1569 [...]ro libro Ludouice sibi dent fata perhennis Munera laetitiae") recording the gift of this volume to Balduinus Dionysius by Ludovicus Beuieth(?), both probably monks of Saint-Amand. (For another instance of Balduinus Dionysius's provenance in a ms. of Saint-Amand, cf. J. Mangeart, Catalogue descriptif et raisonné des manuscrits de la bibliothèque de Valenciennes (Paris: Techener, 1860), no. 429.)
