Bound in modern paper boards; upper board covered with a portion of an early printed leaf from the Consuetudines Feudorum with commentary (text in the center printed in double columns, surrounded by commentary; section heading printed in red; initials, paragraph marks and some capital strokes supplied in red); lower board covered with an early printed leaf from a Latin legal text and commentary (text in the center printed in double columns, surrounded by commentary; spaces for initials and paragraph marks).
Penn Libraries copy imperfect: last leaf (blank) wanting.
Penn Libraries copy: leaf 2b1 mended at inner margin; a few pinpoint wormholes through bookblock; gatherings m-q lightly wormed with occasional minor damage to text.
