- Chancery folio, printed in double columns. Leaf a2r: 50 lines to a full column, plus printed marginalia; area of text: 198 x 123 (155) mm.; col. width: 56 mm. Initial spaces, most with guide letters. Printed paragraph marks. With signatures; without foliation or catchwords. Woodcut half-length portrait of the author writing at his desk within architectural border with monogram M.P.F.O.S.S. (i.e. Magister Paulus Florentinus Ordinis Sancti Spiritus) on leaf pi1v. "The portrait of the author ... is that found in the Breuiarium totius juris canonici of 28 August 1479 [also printed by Scinzenzeler and Pachel]"--BM 15th cent.
