- Chancery folio, printed in double columns. Leaf [a]2r: 43 lines to a full column (column length throughout varies from 40-43 lines; cf GW); area of text: 285 x 204 mm.; col. width: 60 mm. Woodcut initials and initial spaces. Printed headlines; printed paragraph mark on leaf [d]1r. Without signatures, foliation or catchwords. "The printer introduced a system of textual reference by printing capitals at the top of columns, see C.F. Bühler, in G[uten]b[erg] J[ahr]b[uch] 1936 pp. 63-8"--ISTC.

- Penn Libraries copy bound in contemporary full blind-tooled leather over indented square-edge wooden boards; 3 raised bands on spine; ms. spine label ("Dupl."); evidence of 2 further labels, 1 each at head and foot of spine; 2 leather and metal clasps with metal catchplates (1 catchplate intact); ms. fore-edge title ("Ocam[?] Su[per] primu[m] Sen[tentiarum]").
- Penn Libraries copy imperfect: leaves [o]1 and [o]8 wanting, each with facsimile replacement bound in its place and a German ms. note in pencil on the following page noting the absence of the original leaf.
- Penn Libraries copy: binding and some leaves at beginning and end of volume wormed with occasional minor damage to text at end of volume; portion of leaf [Z]7 torn off near head margin with minor loss of text; leaf [a]3 torn and mended at fore-edge.
