Chancery quarto. Leaf a3v: 33 lines, plus headline and printed marginalia; area of text: 135 (143) x 94 (118) mm. (Number of lines per page varies; GW gives 35.) Initial spaces with guide letters. With signatures; without foliation or catchwords. One large woodcut initial (39 x 39 mm) on leaf a6r. Register on leaf u7v.
Signatures: a-u⁸ (u8 blank).
Leaf a2 signed "a3".
