Summary:
Follows the collaboration of conductor Zubin Mehta and film director Yimou Zhang in mounting the elaborate Florence production of Puccini's opera Turandot. Shows how the Florence production was then brought to China and produced in the Forbidden City, in an original Ming dynasty setting.
