- In Tamil Nadu a giant cement factory spews enormous smoke putting to risk the life of all villagers in that area. Into this factory comes Anand, a young worker and gets the people to think of their rights to survive. The police and the government come down hard upon him but with the help of the villagers he manages to come out unvanquished and stops the pollution.
