Chancery quarto. Leaf a1v: 33 lines to a full page; area of text: 140 x 103 mm. Initial spaces, one (leaf h8v) with guide letter. Printed paragraph marks. With signatures; without foliation or catchwords.
Signatures: pi⁴ a-n⁸ o¹⁰ (last leaf blank).

Rubrication: intial on leaf a1 in red and blue; capital strokes and initials, some with marginal extensions, in red throughout.

Penn Libraries copy bound in full contemporary blind-tooled calf over square-edged wooden boards; remains of one leather and metal clasp with metal catchplate; evidence of eight metal corner plates and two metal bosses (now wanting); all edges yellow; spine rebacked in pachment; two leather labels (brown and black) with title and imprint stamped in gold: Dionys. Prior. Rure. Speculum Omnis Status. Nürnb. 1495. P. Wagner.
