- Merriman remembers performing El Amor Brujo with Stokowski at the Hollywood Bowl and recording the music shortly afterwards. She discusses Stokowski's brilliance as a colorist, his encouragement to her as a young singer, and also mentions her debut singing Verdi with Toscanini.
