Levin goes over details in conflict with Mrs. William C. Hammer's account of the meeting including himself, the Hammers, Wilhelm von Wymetal, and Alban Berg and his wife in Salzburg in 1931; and mentions the Philadelphia performance of Berg's Wozzeck.
Daniel's notes include photocopies of Levin's correspondence with Stokowski, 1929-1953, folders 269-273.
