- Summary:
- Menuhin recounts an anecdote about a woman in Lima, Peru, giving him a message for Stokowski. He mentions that he played as a soloist with the Philadelphia Orchestra under Stokowski and that he conducted the American Symphony Orchestra three times, at Stokowski's invitation. He gives a favorable overall opinion of Stokowski as a conductor.
