- Mrs. Geordie Joline Blauvelt was friend and secretary to Olga Samaroff Stokowski.
- Summary:
- Mrs. Blauvelt remembers living across the street from Stokowski when he first came to Philadelphia; attending Philadelphia Orchestra concerts; meeting Olga Samaroff and working for her; and singing in the Philadelphia Orchestra chorus which Stokowski trained. She mentions Horatio O'Connell, Lois Cassatt, Gertrude Ely, and Gabrilowitsch.
