A miscellany of speeches and medicinal recipes (including one for protection from the plague, f. 12r), half being devoted to the (fictitious, according to Zacour-Hirsch) speeches of the envoys of Charles VIII of France to representatives of various Italian states, with their responses.

2. f.6v-7v: Oratio pro recommendatione rectoris Gregorii Meninge / Martini Mellerstadt.
3. f.8r-11v: Recepte super nono Almansoris / Magistri Petri Tusignano.
4. f.7v, 11v, 12r-v: Recipes.

Incipit (1st work): Orationes legatorum ad Venetos Caroli Francorum regis oratoribus Anno 1495 die quinto Aprilis.
Incipit (2nd work): Oratio Doctoris Martini Mellerstadt pro recommendatione Rectoris Gregorii Meninge Anno 1500 primo Maii.
Incipit (3rd work): Incipiunt recepte magistri Petri Tusignano super nono Almansoris.
Foliation: Paper, i (modern paper) + 12 + i (modern paper); [1-12]; modern foliation in pencil, upper right recto.
Script: Written in cursive document script by at least three hands.
Decoration: Red used for titles and underlining in first two works. Red used for capital strokes in first work, with additional marks in green (f. 4v, 5r).
Binding: Modern boards.
Origin: Written in Leipzig, 1500-1510 (Zacour-Hirsch).
