- Teerink copy 3 has illegible ms. inscription at head of title leaf.
- Teerink copy 3 given to the Penn Libraries in 2016 by Panthea Reid in memory of her late husband John Irwin Fischer, Swift scholar and collector of these books.
- Teerink copy 3 has partially illegible bookseller's label ("J. SW[...] Boo[...] BINDER, & [...] 34, Bridge[...]ow, CHES[...]R. English and Foreign PUBLIC LIBRARY") on front pastedown. Probably that of John Swarbrick (1788-1850), active before 1828-1850 at 34 and 35 Bridge Street Row, Chester, England. Cf. BBTI.
