Illustrations: ca. 1095 reproductions of drawings by Beardsley from 351 different designs, including photogravure frontispieces in vols. 1 and 2, 13 other full-page ills. and 5 double-page ills.; in "ordinary" issue the plates are all printed directly on paper of the kind used for the text; there is no rubrication (see Walker).
