Chancery folio, printed in double columns. Leaf a4r: 66 lines to a full column, plus headline; area of text: 243 (250) x 164 mm.; col. width: 79 mm. Printed initials. Printed paragraph marks. With signatures and foliation; without catchwords. Rubrication not called for. Register on verso of title leaf. Device of Ottaviano Scotto on recto of last leaf.

Leaf size: 299 x 205 mm.
Provenance: From the library of Henry Charles Lea. With his bookplate affixed to front pastedown and his autograph (1893) on recto of front free endpaper.
Bound in full vellum with ms. author and title on spine.
Front free endpaper has bookseller's printed description of another ed. pasted to center of leaf and a few ms. notes in pencil in Lea's hand concerning the author and the work on lower portion of leaf.
Text has some ms. marginal notes, marks and underlines; ms. inscription ("Hic est Fratris Sebastiani") on title leaf; ms. notes in Latin and Italian on verso of last printed leaf; ms. correction of folio number on leaf i6r; ms. correction of text on leaf q7r; first two leaves of gathering F (signed "E" and "E2") corrected in ms. to "F" and "F2", respectively; first leaf of gathering L unsigned.
