Eiusdem videlic[et] aurelij Augustini Hipponensis ep[iscop]i ac doctoris ecclesie sanctissimi parit' & perspicacissimi: plurimorum opusculo[rum] necnon vite ei[us] a Possidonio [con]scripte: i[m]pe[n]sis & o[per]a Dionysij Bertochi de Bolonia Venetie accuratissime i[m]presso[rum]. finis Anno a natiuitate saluatoris nostris. M.CCCC.XCI. die. xxvj. Martij.
Median quarto, printed in double columns. Leaf b2v: 53 lines to a full column, plus headline; area of text: 174 (183) x 125 mm. Initial spaces, most with guide letters. With foliation and signatures; without catchwords. First 4 lines of inner column on leaf b1r printed in red. Register on leaf S5. Woodcut publisher's device (95 x 65 mm.) on leaf S5v.
Signatures: a¹⁰ b-z⁸ [et]⁸ [con]⁸ [rum]⁸ A⁸ B⁶ C-R⁸ S⁶.
Leaves a10 and S6 are blanks.
On leaf b1r, headline reads "Meditationes"; a variant has "Meditatioes". Cf. GW.
In colophon, a variant has "Bononia" for "Bolonia". Another variant reads: "... vite eius a Possidonio co[n]scripte: impensis & opera Dionysij Bertochi de Bolonia accuratissime impresso[rum]: finis:". Cf. GW.
