With signatures; without foliation or catchwords. Woodcut title vignette of master and 4 pupils (Schreiber 3388; 126 x 84 mm.). One line of bearer impressions (first line of title leaf) at foot of leaf k5.
- Signatures: A⁶ b-g⁶/⁴ h-k⁶ (leaf k6 blank).
