Penn Libraries copy has 17th-century ms. inscription by Giuseppe Jacobutius da Nocera on verso of blank leaf [s]8; oblong stamp in green ink of a former owner(?), largely effaced, on leaf [a]1v, [a]2r, and [2c]5v; remains of brief ms. inscription beneath oblong stamp at foot of leaf [a]2r; ms. shelf-mark(?) in pale blue ink at foot of leaf [a]2r; rectos of leaves each foliated in modern ms. in pencil at head outer corner.
