Biography/History:

The firm of Silverman & Levy was established in Philadelphia in 1925 by University of Pennsylvania classmates Edwin H. Silverman (1898-1951) and Abraham Levy (1898-1987). The firm continued until 1949, when Levy established an independent practice.

The collection comprises three construction prints for the S.S. Neuman Residence in Radnor, Pennsylvania, designed ca. 1934 by the architectural firm of Silverman & Levy. The collection contains one drawing dated 1940 for alterations by the same architects.
