- Vol. 2 imperfect: leaves b1, b2, b7, and b8 wanting; supplied in ms.; lower outside corner of a7 torn off; pinpoint wormholes at beginning and end.
- Vol. 4 dampstained at margins.

Based on the tools, probably bound in Cologne before 1510 by Kyriss shop K96. Vellum leaves with early ms. used for pastedowns: vols. 1and 2 contain portions of Aristotle's Topics; vol. 3 has a canon law text with commentary, possibly from the Decretales Gregorii IX; vol. 4 has the text of Lib. 5, Tit. 18-19 (De furtis, De usuris) of Decretales Gregorii IX, surrounded by commentary; vol. 5/6 has text and commentary on Lib. 2, Tit. 23 of Decretales Gregorii IX (De praesumptionibus).
