Initial spaces with guide letters; spaces for paragraph marks. With signatures and foliation; without catchwords. Half-page woodcut illustration (125 x 132 mm.) "represent[ing], in a library, the master and disciple of the Dialogus, the former expounding, the latter writing, with the inscriptions 'ma.' and dis.'"--BM 15th cent.
- Signatures: pi¹⁰ a-s⁸ t-v¹⁰ A-O⁸ AA-BB⁶.
- Leaves pi2-p6 signed "2"-"6", respectively.
- The Compendium errorum Johannis papae XXII has special title leaf with title: "Compendium errorum." Incipit on leaf AA2r reads: Incipit compendiu[m] erroru[m] Ioha[n]nis pape xxij. editu[m] et compilatum a fratre Guillermo ockam de ordine fratru[m] minorum.

- Penn Libraries RBC copy bound in full contemporary blind-stamped leather over wooden boards; four raised bands on spine; evidence of two leather and metal clasps and catchplates; a 3 x 2 cm. piece has been cut out of the top of the lower board where, presumably, a chain had been attached; corners of boards damaged; leather on boards badly torn and scraped off in many places; backstrip wanting. A black morocco label with the author, titles and date stamped in gold is now detached from the spine and laid in.
