The text portion can be read with any html-compatible browser like NETSCAPE(tm), MOSAIC(tm), or INTERNET EXPLORER(tm). The accompanying figures are in the .jpg or .pdf format. To view .pdf files a free copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader is available at www.adobe.com. The GIS data can be explored by using the ArcView project file "wmbseds.apr". The ArcView 3.2 project file loads all data available including grids and imagery and requires a system with at least a 10x CD-ROM reader and a 200Mhz processor.
