- Culture Class Collection copy has leaf with typed letter addressed to the editor of the book, Mr. Cameron Mann and dated March 1st, 1931. Although unsigned, the letter was presumably written by Rev. Albert E. Clattenburg, who owned the book and later donated it to the University of Pennsylvania Library.
