- RBC copy 1 has the two portraits bound before the general title leaf; RBC copy 2 has the portrait of Naudé bound before the general title leaf and the portrait of Patin bound before the half-title of "Patiniana". The portrait of Naudé in copy 1 is a slightly different, perhaps earlier and somewhat cruder, engraving than that in copy 2. In copy 1 the portraits are on a conjugate leaf.
