- Notes:

- In four columns with the title, preliminary verse and two woodcuts above the first two; the columns are not separated by rules.
- Verse - Between the title words, "unkindness" and "To", is a preliminary stanza with the first line, "[Y]oung mens falshood [sic] she doth much complain,".
