Summary:
Film takes place in 1989 in Germany, an ideal society and the richest country in the world. A bomb has been planted in the highrise headquarters of the Combine, a giant conglomerate that controls all media. Police Lieutenant Jansen (Fassbinder) hae four days to solve the mystery and a series of "unexpected deaths." Through a nightmarish urban landscape, Jansen stalks his suspects.
