Summary:
Traditionally, Tibetan Buddhist texts are often the concise instructions of a spiritual master. These pieces of advice are then explained by a later practitioner, as they are often too brief to be understood without further explanation. This book has a similar format, with explanation of the text of Lonchenpa by two Western scholars. They present a deep and profound philosophical outlook that, in the tradition of Chinese Tao or Japanese Zen, points to a restructuring of one's way of living.
