"... published in a first edition of one thousand copies. Six hundred ninety-five copies, signed by the poet and the artist, have been issued in wrappers in December, Nineteen Hundred and Eighty-Five, as a seasonal greeting to the friends of Lift Bridge Book Shop and of BOA Editions, Ltd. and are hors de commerce. Seventy-five copies, signed by the poet and artist, have been retained by BOA Editions Ltd. to be subsequently issued as part of a boxed set of ten pamphlets. Two hundred copies of a trade edition in wrappers are for sale. Thirty additional copies, numbered I-XXX, signed by Robert Marx and A. Poulin, Jr., with a sonnet in holograph by the poet, have been hardbound ... in quarter-cloth and French paper over boards. Twenty of those copies are for sale."

Bound in white and light aquamarine paper wrappers; printed in black.
