Summary:
As German Jews in the 1930s, Posner and his family were subject to escalating persecution by the Nazi party. Louis Posner was left to fend for himself at the age of fourteen. He managed to evade the Gestapo in Brussels until he received an "invitation" to join a work camp. What follows is his hazardous life as an Auschwitz prisoner until his liberation in 1945., at age 19. This is a powerful story of one survivor's harrowing tale.
