The report of the Commissioners sent into Spain : pursuant to an address of the House of Commons to Her late Majesty Queen Anne, relating to Gibraltar, and some other places, never publish'd before : with authentick vouchers produc'd by the said commissioners, to prove that there had been great discouragements to trade, many extravagant and unnecessary expences, and great misapplications of the publick money in the said places, and consequently that some debts of the nation have been encreas'd thereby, or at least not lessen'd so much as they might have been : which may be of service to the present times.
