Summary:
Third-generation copy of a 17th-century Spanish-Mayan dictionary, now lost, found in the parish archives of Ticul, Mexico, in 1836 and previously copied by the Yucatecan linguist Juan Pío Pérez in 1836 and 1847. The Spanish-Maya dictionary also includes a list of Mayan words for various relatives (p. 259) and a list of Mayan words with similar pronunciations but different meanings (p. 262). Followed in the same volume by a copy of the corresponding Mayan-Spanish dictionary compiled by Pérez in 1847.
