At the meeting in May 1924 it was ... agreed that it would be a good thing if a not too numerous body of competent scholars, representing as many different groups of languages as possible, could meet together personally and discuss the problems ... The meetings were held in the University of Copenhagen from the 20th till the 25th of April 1925."
