Typographical description of original: Block-book, printed on one side of leaf on opposite pages. Text in Gothic lettering; 33 lines (1.2a). With initials (mostly ornamental) and signature marks; without catchwords and foliation. Each page of text within triple-line border.
The engraver's name, "ludwig ze vim", appears in the lower border of the cut on 1. 23b of original. He has been variously identified with Ludwig Maler, Ludwig Kuch and Ludwig Friess. - cf. Schreiber.
