- Imperfect: leaves b1, b2; c5,6; d1,2, d6; m8; V5; 6K2 and 6M7-²a6 all wanting. Leaves B3, Q5, X4,5; 2I6, 2K1, and 2X6 torn; some mended. Leaves 2D4, 2G6, 2I1, 4A6, 6L1, 6L6-6M6 are mutilated, with portions of leaf and page numbering wanting, and loss of text. Leaf 3S2 misbound following 3S6.
- Imperfect: closely cropped with some loss of text and/or running title at top outer margin.
- Imperfect: light worming at bottom margin of leaves *3-a4 with some loss of text.
