- Summary:
- Breviary (imperfect, misbound) perhaps produced in Langres. It includes the commemoration to St. Mammès, the patron saint of Langres. The manuscript was originally numbered in 2 series, one for the Temporale (liturgical directions for the season of the church year), the other for the Sanctorale (liturgical directions for the veneration of the saints). Folios 1-6 and 178-193 have no contemporary foliation, they contain portions of the psalms and the canticles.

- Foliation: Parchment, ii (modern paper) + 205 + ii (modern paper); [1-8], ix-ccv; contemporary foliation in roman numerals on verso, in black for the Temporale, and in red for the Sanctorale, beginning on f. 9v; modern foliation in pencil, upper right recto.
- Layout: Written in 21 long lines.
- Script: Written in Gothic book script by 3 different hands.
- Decoration: Extensive rubrication, capitals and initials in red and blue throughout, some with red or purple filigree (f. 1r-6r, 178r-193v).
- Binding: Modern calf, completely detached.
- Origin: Written in southern France in the 14th century (Zacour-Hirsch).
- Misbound, with some leaves missing.
- Letter with a description of manuscript, 4 Nov. 1931, from the Library of Congress pasted onto endleaf, now detached.
