Layout: Written in 28 long lines; ruled in ink; prickings visible.
Script: Written in bâtarde script by a single hand.
Decoration: 5-line puzzle initial in red and blue with red penwork ornamentation (f. 1r); 2-line red or blue initials throughout; capitals touched in yellow; red or blue paragraph marks; red used for underlining.
Binding: Half calf dated 1813.
Origin: Written in northern France between 1450 and 1460 (Zacour-Hirsch).
Moderate to heavy oxidation of ink at the end, particularly f. 86-95.
