  • Foliation: Paper, 351; [xii], 1-195, 195-210, 210-254, [257 (numbered 246), 258-340]; contemporary foliation in ink, modern foliation in pencil, upper right recto.
  • Script: Written in a cursive script by a single hand.
  • Binding: Contemporary parchment.
  • There are three contemporary loose notes: one between f. 146-147 with nearly no text on it except for a portion of a letter; a second one between f. 152-153 that appears to be a medical prescription; and a third one with figures on it between f. 235-236.
  • Origin: Written in Italy in the 17th century (Zacour-Hirsch).
