- Script: Written in a Samaritan cursive script (typically of later hands), with some majuscule charachters, in the hand of Yaacob I ben Aaharon ben Shalma, 120th Samaritan High Priest (romanized Yaʻaḳov ben Aharon ben Shelomoh ha-Kohen).
- Origin: Written in Nablus (Shekhem, also known as Sichem) in 1913.
