Offering a significant review of the achievements of celebrated British artist, poet and social reformer Morris (1834-1896) that also encompasses works by Edward Burne-Jones, Dante Gabriel Rossetti, John Everett Millais, William Holman Hunt, Ford Madox Brown and other figures associated with the Arts and Crafts movement, this catalogue provides reproductions and detailed analyses of more than 200 pieces produced from the 1850s to the 1910s, including textiles, wallpaper designs, stained-glass panels, furniture, ceramics and other decorative works as well as paintings, drawings, prints and books.
