- Suppression of 2 letters of Pope Clement XI, both dated January 18, 1710. Cum alias in lucem prodierint condemned a Mandement and 3 letters of Pierre Jean François de Percin de Montgaillard, Bishop of Saint-Pons, 1665-1713. The letters were addressed to François de Salignac de La Mothe Fénelon (1651-1715), Bishop of Cambrai. Cum sicut ad apostolatus nostri (1710) condemned Gaspard Audoul's Traité de l'origine de la regale et des causes de son établissement. Guillaume François Joly de Fleury, avocat du roi in the proceedings, affected to doubt the genuineness of the papal letters.
