Suppression of a work signed by 40 avocats of the Paris bar in support of 3 curés of the diocese of Orleans who had mounted an appel comme d'abus against episcopal pressure to conform to the canons of Unigenitus. The immediate objections of the Conseil d'État were comments in the Memoire tending to derogate monarchical power in favor of parliamentary claims.
